Our Policies
At SMIIC Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and a positive learning experience for our participants. To ensure a successful and enjoyable learning environment, we have established the following policies:
Registration: Participants must register for our training programs in advance and pay the required fees before the start of the program.
Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration up to one week before the start of the program and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than one week before the start of the program will not be refunded.
Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all training sessions and participate actively in the learning process.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism at all times.
Privacy: SMIIC Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of our participants and will not share personal information with third parties.
